A perfect drink for a balmy Brisbane evening, The Thailander captures the essence of its tropical namesake with its blend of coconut, lime and a kick of chilli.

Half a small lime cut into four pieces
Tablespoon of sugar or 15ml sugar syrup
30ml chilli and kaffir lime leaf infused vodka
30ml Malibu
Lemonade
Method
Place lime and sugar into a tall glass and muddle to extract juice.
Add infused vodka, Malibu and ice then top with lemonade.
Garnish with a fresh red chilli.
YUMMMMMM
♥Rather than be sad at the end of the day because of all the things you coulda, shoulda, woulda...start an "I Did It" list.
I first saw the idea here and this way - you know that no matter goes down that day at least you did those 5 little things and voila : happiness!
My five are :
Make my bed
Eat a piece of fruit or veg
Wear Sunscreen
Do the dishes
Take my vitamins

♥Draw a picture with crayons (just like you are 5years old again!) and give it to someone you love. A more mature version on something you used to do everyday when you were a child!
♥Next time you finish a book or a magazine - share the love. Leave a little note on the front page and leave it somewhere random. Putting out good energy atracts positive energy back to you!
♥Set a pretty table. Don't keep your precious china in the cupboard. Bring it out and live it up!
